The location is undeniably great, but honestly, the whole experience was marred by cold water and broken blinds. I expected a complimentary room upgrade or at least some special attention, but here i am, just another guest. I almost thought of giving a good review, but the dampened mood left me no choice.

The Junior Suite was way bigger than we expected, with a quality bed and a rain shower. Breakfast was a highlight with lots of delicious options. Plus, being just a few minutes from major sights made our trip super easy 🙌

Great location near major attractions in Prague.

I encountered a couple of significant problems. The first night, I experienced a very cold shower because the hot water had gone out, quite disappointing. Although the staff were responsive and provided a bottle of bubbly as a gesture for the inconvenience, it happened again on the final night with lukewarm water, leaving me frustrated. The remote for the skylight blind didn't work, disruptive when it malfunctioned at 5 AM one morning.

Gorgeous breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Modern design of interiors in twin/double room. Location just off the downtown as well as almost all the sightseeing. Easy walk to Museum of Medieval Torture.
